this is a new style/system
for connecting GPS/PDA. It is not interchangeable
with the old style which we have been selling for a few
years and will continue to support previous customers who wish to add/change interface
cables to the ones already owned. The main difference with the new style is that
it is possible to power the GPS with the new style while with the old style cables,
batteries must be used with the GPS. If you are
buying GPS/PDA connecting cables for the first time we recommend you choose this

You can also

you plan to use your PDA/GPS out of car you can get a battery extender PB4A,
which allows you to power your PDA/GPS with 4 AA batteries. So you can add PB4A
to replace CK203+PUC2
so that you can also use it outdoors. If you do not need to use it in car, or
you already have the appropriate car adapter/cable, you can just get UQ38
+ GUGE + PB4A. PB4A
connects and power the PDA through UQ38,
whether you are using the GPS cable or not.

which is a combination of USGM
