ORDER TRACKING - Please read all information before
writing to us
You order is normally sent out by registered
air mail and normally should reach most parts of the the world in 1-2 weeks. You
should have been given a post office reference number AFTER we have informed you
that we have sent your order, and you can track from HK post office site on: Hong
Kong Post Mail Tracking (links to some country's post office web sites
are now available) If you have made an
order and not yet received any dispatch/tracking information, see: your
order.
If it does now show any information after 3 days of
it having been sent please write to us. If it shows that it has left Hong
Kong there is nothing else we or the Hong Kong post office can do on our end and
it will be up to the post office of the destination country to deliver the package
and enter further information on their web site (if any). Therefore do not make
any online (or phone) enquiry to the Hong Kong post office. The best you can get
is the flight number which the package was on. Any further infromation has to
be obtained from the post office of the destination country officially (via Hong
Kong post office) and it will take many weeks to get any result.
If you still
have not received the package after 2 weeks please check: 1. Is your address
correct (check order confirmation)? 2. Was it possible that no one was at
the address when it was delivered? 3. If so did you receive a notice from
the post office?
If your address is correct please check with your local post
office quoting the reference number and see if they have any information. Normally
information is available ONLY IF the package has been delivered, or attempts
has been made to delivery the package (a notice should have been left in such
case) because only then will any information be entered into their post office
computer. You will be able to trace the package if delivery failed (no one at
the premises to receive it) and for some reason a notice was not given or that
the notice went "unnoticed"!

Post Tracking Please remember that information is
normally entered only if the package has been delivered (or attempts has been
made to deliver). For many countries, it may not be possible to find
out any information with the Hong Kong reference number, even delivery (or attempts)
have been made.
Though a package NORMALLY should reach you in 1-2 weeks.
Please do not write to us if you still have not received it (if it has shown that
it has left Hong Kong) as there is nothing else we can do on our end. Please wait
a little longer.
Mail delivery is not consistent. Even mail to the same address,
it can arrive within one week at one time and more than 3 weeks the other. Customs
clearance can also delay delivery in many cases.
Package deliveries in some
countries are notoriously late. These include Canada, Turkey, Belgium, Italy,
as well as all S American and some East European countries. One reason for
this is that the customs departments of these countries take more notice in incoming
packages and are more strict in applying the regulations.
If
you still have not received the package in 4 weeks after it has been sent,
please write to us. Only then we can start making formal enquiry to our post office
(in turn to your post office) and possible claim. But it will take 2-3 months
before any result can be obtained if it has been lost.
We will consider it
lost if you still have not received it after 4 weeks and you have enquired from
your post office without any result. So please write to us then and we will either
send you another one or refund you, whichever you prefer, while we wait for the
claim from the post office.
Orders with EMS
Delvery option (1-5 days) should have been sent appropriate information. Information
